Symptom:
My PM5 monitor is displaying error code 1943.
Resolution:
These 1943 errors are related to an issue with an earlier firmware updated.
You can resolve them either by updating to the latest firmware or by pulling both batteries from the PM5 for 15 minutes and then reinstalling
Step 1: Remove the batteries for at least 15 full minutes.
Step 2: Reinsert two new D cell batteries
Step 3: Reset the time and date when prompted.
Step 4: From the Main Menu press More options then press Connect.
